Passion For Microfinance

We are a microfinance outfit. We are not a political party. We are not in education. We are not health people. We don't do bio tech.

Passion For Social Media

Twitter, Facebook, Tumblr, LinkedIn: You need to be active on these platforms.

Passion For Tech

What tech blogs do you read? Have you built something? Tech is way more than coding.

Passion For People

We are more a High Touch operation than a High Tech operation, although the tech part is key.

Post-ISMs Individual: No Sexist/Racist/Homophobic/Classist Jokes/Comments

This is very important. If over 70% of your customers are going to be women, it would make sense to have a corporate team that is more than 50% female. And a corporate culture that tolerates sexist comments and jokes makes for a hostile environment. Microfinance is a global industry. The corporate team has to look global. Cultural diversity is something to be celebrated. You can not empathize with the dollar a day people if you do not make attempts to be a post-ISMs individual. It is a value system thing.
